Wheel Liner rivet replacement

I had all new brake rotor and pads put on the 04 Adventurer last week. Then I went to a tire store to have the tires inspected before a trip later this week. The service attendant aired up all of the tires. That is when we noticed that the part of the wheel liner that covers the axle was loose and rattled. The four rivets that hold it onto the rest of the liner were missing. Any ideas on where I can get that fixed?
