What are these?

We have a 2010 Aspect 28B. I've scoured the user manuals and supplemental guides and haven't seen anything mentioned on this item.
What is in the left photo and what's it used for? Its the last driver's side cubbie toward the back of the RV.
Lastly, the manual states the RV has a 300 watt inverter and the controls are in front of the kitchen sink. I assume its hardwired to something since there's no outlet to plug into. Anyone know what it powers? The manual states only the "29K" model is hardwired to the rear TV.
Inquiring minds... :-)

The first is where you store your sewer hose, the second a propane leak sensor.

This looks like it should be what you have with the option 40 B which is the 300 watt inverter. Seems like the only thing it feeds is the front entertainment center and the rest are on a different leg, not off the inverter.
