Hi Denny1949,
Welcome to the forum. The beeping sound is the kiss of death for the wind sensor. Consider unplugging the sensor for a few days. This should be a time of sunshine and no rain. The sensor is sensitive to getting wet! When wet it will not work and the unit beeps. Once you feel the sensor is dried out, plug it back in. If the beep does not appear, you now understand the problem and the fix. If the beep returns, the sensor is broken and will need to be replaced or remain unplugged.
