Water issue

My Micro Minnie 2018 2106 FBS has two issues at the moment. After draining the system due to cold weather I recently hooked up to city water. While letting the air out of the System at the kitchen sink water was running from the taps . Later no water would flow from the same taps neither Hot nor cold . Shower, toilet and bathroom sink have hot and cold water

Second issue at the same time my water pump fails to operate, although there is no water in the tank at this time How can I trouble shoot this issue?

Thanks for your thoughts

If you have a water filter, it's often mounted under the galley sink. It may be clogged or otherwise non-functional. Check it first, then verify that the aerator in the faucet isn't also clogged or blocked.

No idea on the water pump. Can you hear it running, or trying to run? If not, maybe a fuse or breaker. If you can hear it, are the filter screen cap and the other nearby connections tight?
