Not sure what you are looking for. However; I have previously had a good experiance e-mailing Winnebago with my questions. For parts, Lichstenn motors has been able to find what I needed given my vin#.

What is your make, model and year?

Here is a couple items that might help.

Parts Catalog

http://www.winnebagoind.com/resource..._Motorhome.pdf

You can contact Winnebago and provide a VIN number to get manufacturer installed parts specific to your RV.

You might be thinking of this... if you go here (for 2001-2013 models)

Service Parts List

and select the year and input the last 5 digits of your Winnie Serial # you get a web page that you can save which has the specific parts used to build your RV, right down to the nuts and bolts.

If you have a Ford, you can get your VIN info here:

I think you will find that the vin will tell you very little. The only thing useful will be chassis type and engine size. Everything else was added by coach maker. If its a Winnebago, be sure to have the serial number available when calling.

Winnebago uses an ID number that references a build list that has all of the info about your motor home that Winnebago built on the chassis. The ID number can be obtained from Winnebago by asking them to cross it to the VIN. Is that what you are asking about?
