Turbo intermittent 2005 Winnebago Vectra

I have a 2005 Winnebago Vectra with the Cummins 400hp. On the way home I noticed starting up a hill the gage would only read up to 26 lbs. After a couple hours of driving the boost became intermittent. Before I take it to shop I was wondering if anyone has had this issue and what was the results?

26psi isn't bad IMOl what were previous readings? I think the maximum for the stock turbocharger is 32psi.
If the center bearing were coked-up the turbo would have failed by now.
