Tri-fold sofa disintegrating, need to remove and replace/recover...

So the couch in my 2015 Ultralite is totally disintegrating and now must be replaced or recovered. I guess the extreme heat and humidity here in South FL while under cover is the cause. Strange though that the dinette cushions look like they are the same material but do not seem to be having this issue.

Question I have is how do you get a couch out the skinny door opening? I'm assuming they must break down somehow? I need to get it out to asses my next move.
