Last night I had a long conversation with Paul Maddox. HWH should give him a pay raise. To think that he has posted his personal phone number out there for the general public to view and to call him directly is quite comendable. Paul answered the questions I had and then some. HWH should be thankful they have a dedicated employee like him.

I called HWH in early September this year. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and explained to me that they were very busy so if you want to call someone to BS with this is not the place. I was given a return number and shipped two of my jacks UPS to them. My jacks were rebuilt and returned to me in 5 days. They now work great. My experience with HWH was good. A couple years ago I had a problem with a hydraulic pump. The tech told me what to look for and I resolved the problem.
PS The hydraulic pump had lost it's ground at the motor brush.

I had problems with my HWH system a few years ago and Paul actually came to my RV park in Gold Canyon, Arizona. In fact he came out twice. My system was out of warranty but needed repair. He upgraded some hoses and did a great job. I can't speak highly enough of his work. He is one of the good guys. By the way, the repairs were free to me.

I just called them yesterday about a sticking jac. Was told the were behind and would call back in 2 to 3 weeks. less than 2 hours later received call from Joe. we discussed the problem he gave me troubleshooting tips and told to call back when i had done the troubleshooting. Called back after troubleshooting they took message and Joe called me back 10 minutes later. Having new jack shipped out today. I Have never had anything but great service from them and am glad they are there for us.

They have a lot of info on the web including troubleshooting. They also have basic hydraulic courses so you can understand how your jacks work. They have never charged me for tech info and they are worth the wait.
