Sticky Goo from under interior trim

We have a 2012 Via 25Q. There is a sticky goo leaching out from the ceiling trim on the back wall. A few drop have landed on the carpet and the wallpaper near the slid out has been damaged. Acetone, GooGone or alcohol will not dissolve it. Before I pull the trim down, has anyone seen this before?

That's a new one for me. I'd call the factory customer service and present this issue to them while requesting guidance.
