Stairs

Yesterday the stairs started buzzing and vibrating for 15 or 20 seconds right after they are extended. Do you know what this means?? It has continued any time the stairs were away and then you open the door. Ergh!!

I don't know what to look for.

Thanks,
Max

I responded to your other post on the jacks - looks like you're experiencing the same sort of thing all of us do - there's always something to learn and fix. It's the 'RV normal.'

First step is to clean the swivel points on your steps and the motor and arm. Use a dry silicone or teflon lube rather than WD-40 to start. If needed flush the areas with air or small amounts of water to get dirt out. Later, there is a wet lube made for steps you probably don't have right now (see your manual).

As you post more let us know what kind of rig you have, or specific brands of items - it really helps.
