If it were an older vehicle I would suspect bad valve seals.

Racking my brain to remember what the 'light blue' might mean but I seem to remember that I had to research it 10 years ago about my Fleetwood Bounder DP.

Turned out that it went away on it's own, I figured (guessed) it was the fuel, and the humidity at the time in the area where I was hanging out. Drove for another 10 years.

It should still be under FORD warranty, so take it there ASAP and have them look at it.

I agree, at least get it documented.

Normally valve seals, although I had that issue with my 08 Chev. It would only do it if I had parked on a slope with the front end up a little bit. Turned out I had a plugged up oil gallery in the cyl head that stopped the oil from running back down into the block and on start up the crankcase vent tube would suck oil into the intake manifold. I used seafoam in the crankcase and I've never had it since.

If you rev up the engine, then blue smoke only when you let off the gas petal - valve seal.

If it only does it at startup and it's a small amount, likely nothing to worry about.

In any case, I would get it checked and documented for warranty purposes.
