Slide adjustments

Hi. Needing some help with my bedroom slide on a 2018 Vista LX 27N that I just purchased. We are just preparing for our first trip. On the bedroom closet slide when it is out I noticed all the daylight coming through under the forward bottom side of the slide. From the outside, the seal, which is in great shape, touches as it should on the rear side but there is a gap between the bottom of the slide and the seal of about 1/2 inch on the forward side. When the slide is in there is maybe a 1/4 in difference in the height of the forward part of the slide compared to the rear.
My question is....is slide height easily adjustable and what is the process for adjusting height? Thank you. K
