Is the pan insider the wall? (that's how mine is/was) I caulked for a year before deciding that I could make it waterproof by just relining the shower and making the walls come inside this pan, like they should have from the factory. I used eternabond on all the corners and covered the seam (that I was constantly caulking) with it then a thin sheet of vinyl (Home Depot) over the entire wall area. I didn't do it perfectly (you can see some bubbles in the material in certain light), but it's not leaked since we did that.

Still hunting this one. I ended up completely pulling the entire glass wall, cleaning out all silicone and starting over. Still chasing water.....l

I’m going to wait to post a solution, but for now will report in that I spent the week removing the glass/metal enclosure, cleaning up and reinstalling. I chased it a little more each day tweaking and adjusting. We left for a week trip yesterday and so far the score is, Blastvalve 1, Winnebago shower 0.

We had a similar issue where we would see water roll out from under the door frame. My husband did the same thing by removing and rechalking and it still leaked. To shorten this story, the leak was coming from loose connections to the shower faucet. My husband removed the chalk, pulled the faucet forward and it was wet. The were barely connected. Poor workmanship. He tighted up everything, tested and put thing back together. We feel the frustration.
