Running light issue

[Big Willy]

I have a 99 diesel Brave and the running lights on the rt side of the rig are acting up. Its just the 2 lights on the right front side of the rig (1 under the side view mirror and the other right next to the head light on the side of the rig). If the hazard lights are on they light up however, if the lights are on the standard running light mode they don't light up. The bulb is fine and I cant seem to figure out why this is happening.
