Roof rejuvenation

New to us '91 Itasca Spirit IT320RB. 21' on a Toyota chassis. This Winnie has a fiberglass (nose) and aluminum roof with only 1 inch of foam. I'm considering using Eternaprimer with Eternabond tape at the roof edges, and either Flex Seal Liquid Rubber in a Can or Dicor Metal RV Roof Coating, which says it's for metal and fiberglass, to seal her up.
Also, we removed the air conditioner and are looking at fans. I'm impressed with the Hike Crew brand, having read that since Dometic bought Fantastic Fan they've gone downhill.

Does all this sound reasonable?

Thanks!
