Replacement Part help

2008 Journey 39z

Need a complete replacement assembly for the leveling system, ie pump, manifold, reservoir etc. If I'm reading the Winnebago parts list correctly i get a part #165120-02-000.

I can't seem to find anything in google relating to this part #.

Does anyone know a replacement part # that will be a direct fit?

Thanks

Nate

Lichtsinn RV in Forest City knows what the part numbers are. Call them:
641-585-3213

BUT, you might have better luck working directly with the manufacturer. If it's HWH you can even take the RV to them and they'll replace everything for you.

In my experience, WBGO marks everything up 30 to 50%. I always find it cheaper to buy the same parts from the manufacturer. With part numbers from the manufacturer not from Winnebago.

Likely it's not an HWH unit since it's not listed here:

https://www.hwhcorp.com/winnebago2017_diagrams.html

If it's indeed HWH, there will be an HWH label on the pump reservoir but the part number won't be for the entire assembly, just the pump and reservoir.

Pg 105 of the 2008 Journey operator manual shows the name Power Gear Electronic Leveling on the control pad. Power Gear is a Lippert product.

Good luck and let us know what you find out

Check with Stuart's RV Service in Elkhart, Indiana. (800) 826-6267‬ He carries lots of HWH parts and sometimes can get parts from him sooner than from HWH.

To the OP: Why do you need to replace your full system?

Replaced the motor a couple years back and found that the manifold was leaking hydraulic fluid into the motor. Repaired it some but it has failed again. Going to just go ahead and install a new assembly to just be done with it.

My independent repair guy is having a problem getting an HWH retract solenoid for me right now. It must be due to the supply chain issues. If the Lichtsinn order is cancellable, you might want to go ahead and place it so you can get in the queue.

Good luck.

Another vote for Stuarts, I needed o-rings for my HWH pump. Ordered them Monday, received them Tuesday.

This is an important part of the discussion of where and what part to get!
HWH is not likely to be of help!
