You'll get many different answers..Wash n Wax often, works for me. Altho I do use Starbrite marine polish also. Just keep ahead of the dirt and anything you LIKE is good.

Might try a search on this topic as a lot has been written. Good Miles

One more vote for NuFinish - I have used it for 20 years with good results. It took about six hours to wax my coach with it (over a three day period!)

Protect-All (however it is spelled) has a very good reputation but I don't have personal experience with the product.

Welcome to the forum

I also use NuFinish. I've tried jsut about every polish/wax made over the years and there are many good ones. However, I give my current rig a once annual NuFinish application, followed by periodic applications of No Wet, which is a waterless cleaner/wax.

I have used Nu Finish, and in my opinion it ranked a solid "OK" I wasn't happy with how long it lasted.

When we bought our coach, I don't think it saw wax for quite some time. The first 4 months we owned it I waxed it 4 times, with 4 different products. Finally I settled for what was recommended by one of my customer's who swore buy it for his corvette.

This last time I used "Carollite's #945 Insulator Wax" It is a true hard on hard off product, liquid. I can honestly say out of white fiberglass gelcoat, I have never seen any wax that has made this much of a difference, and it has now been on for 4 months, and seems to be holding up well. I used about 3 1/2 pints at about $11.00 a pint over 3 days of hard work, but it was truly worth it. If I would have done it that way the first time, I wouldn't have had to do it the other 3 times.

I know there are other placed to find it, but I got it through where I work at Advance Auto. They will most likely have to order it in, if your interested, it is part number 845. Most Advance stores should be able to get it overnight.

Just my opinion...

John

I have used Protect All on several of my RVs over the years. Just order a new jug of it from RV Upgrades. Easy on, easy off and keep the rig looking good.

I like a 3M product called Scotch Guard. It is designed for marine use and has an extra ultraviolet protection.

I wax every 6 months because the coach is not covered and we live in Florida. I always have a nice bead on the coach after every wash. I get the wax at the local marine shop. It goes on easy and comes off easy (liquid).
