Probably because Winnebago recommends you do not treat or lube the slide seals!! If you push them, they sometimes will recommend corn starch.
If I used anything, it would be 303, but I question the need to use anything. My '03 coach has 50k miles, used fulltime for 4 1/2 years and at least monthly prior to that. It has never been garaged or covered. I tried corn starch on the slide seals once, and found it made the wiper seals too slick to flip when the slide was extended. I have never used anything else on the seals and all of them look & work as they did when we bought the coach.
