On a 2002 Journey DL, when I make some sharper turns I hear power steeing fluid movement noise and some associated noise from the power steering unit. It sounds like its directly under the drivers seat area. Is this normal?
Thanks Ron

Get the same noise also. Have been told it is the fluid movement under high pressure, the sound of the bypass, and a faulty seal. Take your pick. Everything seems to work fine and have noticed the sound since day one. We just turn the radio volume up and it goes away!

It only makes the sound when turning hard so I try not to turn hard!
If I don't have my Hearing Aids turned up, or on, it does not make the sound!

Thanks for the replies, not going to worry over it. I guess its a normal sound.
Capt. Chet it was nice talking with you last week when we were in Menefee, Quite a coincidence we were so close to each other in a fairly large campground.
I appreciate your efforts to let me know my antenna was up when I pulled out. Lucky I cought it before it was banged up. Ron
