I had the same problem a few months ago at a campground. I was plugged into 50amp service, but the EMS was only registering 30amp.

I had 120 volts on leg 1 and 120 volts on leg 2, but 0 amps.

I moved to the next campground and all was well. Conclusion, the post was wired wrong.

The inverter may be in the passenger overhead cabinet. That is where they put the 150 and 300 watt inverters. On yours maybe somewhere neat the AC breaker panel. Start at battery and look for larger cables and follow them.

I agree bad board.
The inverter was an option. If you have one it is under the floor in the compartment behind the entrance door mounted to the back side wall.

All of you are fantastic, I am very familiar with power boards both hi and low voltages and everything everyone of you has suggested has crossed my mind and I have tested all levels possible. It's amazing the help fellow campers are willing to give. Thank ALL of you. I am convinced that the ecm is bad and I do believe that the inverter is probably in the steps. Thanks so much everybody. Hope all of you have a fantastic weekend.
Mike

Thanks Grant, that is exactly where it was located.
