Power Gear Hydraulic Leveling Manual mode won't work

My other post didn't seem to work.
Have a 2012 Class A, Winnie Adventurer, 37 1/2 foot on Ford Chassis.
Have Power Gear system: touch pad #140-1226, controller #1010001002 replaced with new. The system works on automatic but not on manual so we can't calibrate it. Also have no buzzer but we do have a light since we got a new bulb.
Have talked to Lippert but they haven't helped - recommended new touch pad then a new controller. Have tried all the other tips and manual settings. No flashing error codes.
Does anyone have a clue what we can check next? Maybe a dash systematic?
Would the manual mode have something to do with the parking brake - I say no due to the automatic mode working.

In my 09 Journey with the same system, you have to hold the "manual" button until the light comes on and it seems to take forever. Try that and see if it works.

The light comes on, no problem with that. You can hold the button all day and nothing happens.
thanks anyway

After the automode, are you turning the system off, then back on, hold the manual button till the manual light comes on. Mine lifghts in aboput 5 or 6 sec.

No problem with the manual light. It comes on but it does nothing.
Just to be sure, we did the routine you suggested and that didn't work either.

Check fuse panel, controller active does not indicate power to hydraulic pump. Pump usually fused by a large subpanel not the small interior coach 110 vac/12 VDC fuse panel.

pump works

The pump works fine in Auto mode. Everything seems to work except the manual mode. 2 controllers and 2 touchpads in all combos and still the same thing. Is there a separate fuse for manual mode?

Automatic/manual function seriously doubt independently fused, sounds more like a circuit board problem (I do see you replaced). Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance. NOTE: I used my auto function several times, "scared the devil out of me" all that lifting then correcting, then lifting again, wondering if the windshield was going to crack in the wilderness. Agree 100%, you need the manual adjust mode. Good luck, please post your resolution for the benefit of others.
