Smile Painting my Minnie Winnie

I'm interested in painting my 2016 Minnie Winnie. Has anyone ever done that? Any suggestions?

I have painted a few things, and about to paint my fiberglass bed cap, prepping in the garage now.
First thing will be to decide if this is going to be a DIY or pay someone to do it. Most of the cost will be in the prep. Are removing the graphics/decals?
Assuming we are not discussing decals, all of the time you spend on prep will pay off in the finished product. Find a local paint distributor and they will recommend what works best for fiberglass. Do you need tools? Compressor, gun, all the fun stuff that comes along with set up?
Your question is a little vague, can you elaborate?

I painted my Minnie Winnie 30 a few weeks ago. I posted about it here: https://www.winnieowners.com/forums/...-a-358982.html

Mine is a 2004. I have received numerous complements on the road when gassing up, etc. It's not perfect in the way we would think of painting a car, but it was very doable for me, and very cost effective.

I've put about 1000 miles on it since painting, and it seems very durable.
