OBDll location and how to replace air filter 96 Adventurer

Looked all over for the OBD ll connector and can't find it. It is a 34 RQ Adventurer with a Ford motor. And not sure how to remove the cover to the air filter. I can get the front 2 screws but the rest is deep back and appears to be under the dash. Please help.

Update...I took it to the shop and they found out it was manufactured in 1995 even though it is a 1996 model. They said it was an OBD l and it is under engine cover. Not sure how to replace the air filter yet. Anyone have any ideas? Should be simple but maybe I'm making it complex. I do that sometimes.

I think it's quite common that the chassis is a different year (typically older) than the coach. GM/Chrysler/Ford don't coordinate their cutoff dates with RV manufacturers, and there's also probably some inventory sitting around so they don't end up having to shut down waiting for more product.
