Not starting

2000 Winnebago journey36l,

Hello All, I have a problem with engine in coach ( Cummins 24v gen 2) not turning over. I replaced starter, all battery connections good , battery condition good. When I turn key to start the solenoid on starter not clicking. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In PARK, move the shifter, Button what have you, then back to park, The transmission interlock sounds like it doesn't know its in park. Just My Guess.
