My Journey has the 4 Door 1200xx model refrigerator. Does anyone know what temperature the freezer is supposed to operate at? It is now operating at about 0 degrees and the refrigerator stays at 32 degrees.

Thanks FrontRangeRVer. Guess I'll just have to learn to live with soft ice cream.

I keep our ice cream on the ice maker side of the freezer. That side seems to keep it frozen hard where the other side keeps it soft.

The ice maker side will be the coldest compartment in the Norcold.
