you should have a valve in your wet bay labeled ‘fill’ and ‘city water’ or words to that effect. be sure that valve is NOT set to ‘fill’. also are you sure you have water in the tank?

yes. that will close the fill valve and pressurize the tank.

Also be sure that the outside shower valve is turned off at the faucet and not the shower head and verify that the winterization valves are not in the bypass position in the water pump compartment.

It should all be in the Operators Manual which is in the Black Winnibago File Folder Bag that is never supposed to leave the coach but...

You can download it along with most other info about your coach from Winnibago's web site.

Very good point. That was exactly the problem on our RV when we bought it. I didn't figure it out until after I replaced the pump. That was a $100.00 newbie mistake.

You might check the CITY WATER FILL-TANK FILL valve. If it’s in the wrong place you’ll not get water from your fresh water tank.

Found my problem! Newbie stupidity.
Air block. After I ran city water thru all fixtures to not have any air in lines and then disconnected the water and use the water in the tank with water pump on...all was fixed. I'll never forget about a air lock again. Thxs to all that had ideas to help this newbie.
