Cranks but won't start.
Cummins engine ?
When was the last time the engine ran?

Here's a file on trans codes , but there won't be anything wrong with the trans that would cause an no start if the engine cranks over.

A diesel does not have an ignition system. No spark plugs. That means it has to be fuel. The way to stop a diesel is to shut off the fuel. I would start with the fuel shutoff valve. Tie it open with a tie wrap. If it still will not start, it is the fuel pump. 85% of the time it is the fuel shutoff valve.

I would check for air in the fuel line. If your cat has a prime pump on the engine I'd use it to remove air in the fuel line. If your cat doesn't have the prime pump I'd remove the water separator and fill with diesel fuel.

ga traveler, Where is the fuel shutoff valve located?
