? motor '06 Adventurer 38 T

I have a 2006 Adventurer 38 T. I found a leak in the cabinet in the bed room. When i opened the top panel I found the leak is the shaft of an elec. motor going through the wall. Does any one know what this motor is for, there is nothing on the out side of the coach except the slide awning. Thanks In advance

If you look just below at your awning you will see a small hole that is the drain for your sllde lock clean it gently with a pipe cleaner that will allow the water to drain from lock so it doesnt leak inside. Good luck

After experiencing the same thing I put my GoPro on a pole and took video of my slide lock. It was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. I did use a pipe cleaner but that opens up the drain hole. I had my slide toppers replaced and asked them to clean the slide locks.
