I'm going to tread lightly here since I don't have Kwikee Stabilizer jacks, but I do have Power Gear, a brother to yours (same parent company, different division).
On mine, the two front jack legs are supplied by one hydraulic line with one control valve. That line "T's" and one side of the T goes to the left front leg and the other side goes to the right front leg. The rear legs each have their own hydraulic line and each have their own control valve.
In my Powergear world and my way of thinking, if one front jack is retracting a slight bit, as you indicated, then there must be air in the line going to either front jack leg. see Attached Power Gear Stabilizer page 6 on troubleshooting chart.
Now temper that with information I just found in a Kwikee manual, page 6 (see link
