If you're talking about HWH leveling system retraction springs, this chart shows how to match yours:https://www.hwhcorp.com/mr475000.html
You can order matched pairs from almost any RV supply store, Including Amazon stores. Just search for your spring model number.

leveling springs

This morning I found one of my springs lying on the ground, dead. Need HWH kit #R3847 for a set of new springs. These have been on backorder (out of stock) since last summer!!! Any suggestions?? Thanks.

Winnebago advertises that kit, but I'd call instead of using their order form. I found the kit in-stock elsewhere but they are priced outrageously high @ $92 a kit.

dead spring

I bent the last coin to make a new hook. We'll see if this is a good fix!

Just as an fyi to folks, winnebagoparts.com (the above link) ISN'T actually part of Winnebago.but is instead a division of Mobility RV.

They are, however, an excellent source of parts (as is Lichtsinn RV).

I found HWH jack retract springs on Amazon.com at reasonable prices, under $ 30 a pair, in the past, when I had to order and install replacement springs on a Navion for a friend a year or two ago. As discussed the trick is to figure out which springs to buy.

leveling springs

Got a call this am from the lady, Chris, @HWH. (800-321-3494) They have the springs in stock again (p/n R3847) for my Adventurer. $37.82 for one kit, no extra taxes, and shipping at the discounted rate from their regular shipper (reckon I'm makin a 'leap of faith' here!). So I'm passin' the word for all other interested parties. No special gain for my non-affiliated endorsement.

Here is a link to the order sheet to get these direct from HWH if you know what you need.

It might be possible to get a set made at a hydraulic repair / spring shop.
Not uncommon for machinery repair companies.

They also rebuild cylinders usually a lot cheaper than new.

Good luck
