Purchase from a dealer you are will to return for service, because normally no one else will do the warranty service work on it. First question most ask, where did you purchase it! We perchased about 3 1/2 hours from home and it is a pain and expense to go for warranty work.

Most of your service requirements will develop while actually using the coach and this will be many miles from the purchasing dealer. You'll have no choice but to utilize another dealer.

I have never been refuse service from a dealer and I have never returned to my purchasing since the day we picked up out new coach.

I have never been asked by a dealer's service department "where I purchased my coach".

Plus, where would you take a coach that you purchased used, and was still under the 3 year warranty, for warranty work???

We custom ordered our Vectra from Campers Inn of Merrimack in Dec '04 and picked it up in Mar '05. Dale was our salesman and we've had good service from the service dept. in the two years since.

save your self the trouble and just offer your local dealer 25% off. If they are good they will accept.
