I have provided a short cut to the Motorhomes; Problems, Solutions forum to see if you can get more responses to your question.

I was interested in a ramp from the inside to a basement compartment for the cat's litter (as others have done) and I spent a little time investigating a suitable location.

The project was shelved because I couldn't find a good place to cut a hole. For a pass-through you need to find a place where you can sacrifice the room (upstairs and downstairs) and where there is no conflict with wiring and plumbing.

Do a survey of your spaces - maybe you can find the right spot.

I saw this in a Winnebago Vectra and again in a Newmar product, but imagine where the kitchen slide goes in and out and there's sort of a trap door that opens and closes for the purpose of allowing the wires and such to go in and out and then imagine rigging that door to remain open, or even taking it off.
Both rigs I saw had cut holes in the floor such that this opening was thereby accessible to the kitties and they went down and did their thing and came back up...
I know this because at Newmar the tech happened to open the subject compartment and the cat got out of the coach.....That's ANOTHER story all together....

Maybe consider something creative like this?

How about a hole in a cabinet floor even, where you could close the door when unused?

Tiffin and Alfa coaches both feature laundry and trash chutes to basement compartments. They are on Freightliner chassis just like Winnebago so it's something Winnie just chose not to do even in the Vectra/Horizon.

I would love to have a laundry chute, but even if we could find a place to put one inside, I need all of our basement storage For now I am just using duffle bags under the bed for the dirty clothes.

well, i have to admit it would probably be a kitty cat pass-thru too.
im seriously looking in the bottom of the bathroom cab. and the kitchen cab. Must definately be able to cork it back up like it was never there too.
