Kwikee Phone

Does anyone have a GOOD phn nr for Kwikee? I've tried 800-334-4717 (busy signal 24/7); 800-736-9961 (busy signal 24/7) and 574-254-5265, where they tell you to contact a dealer; or that there's a secret nr for dealers only. Really pisses me off---customer NO service!! What are they afraid of?

Good grief Thudman, what do you expect for nuttin? They sell you a set of $100.00 steps for $450.00 and you think they can afford to talk to you? As ser. mgr., the last good number i had on them was 1-541-942-3888

FYI, those $100 steps cost $1060, plus 162 labor. I know, I know, there are cheaper prices online (800 or less), but in the heat of battle...........

The operative phn nr IS 800-736-9961. My RV Tech called (on his secret line) & Kwikee said they're in the process of upgrading lines, thus the bizy signal. Patience, my friends. Thx for the inputs.

This seems to be the norm for a lot of companies now. Try getting a decent customer contact at Home depot. They are all in India and there are no phone numbers published that get you to Atlanta, GA. If you do and email complaint, you never hear from anyone.

Thanks to all for your help. Ended up paying for all of it myself. Good Sam CSP refused, even with a letter to Motorhome Mag.
