Jack Problem '10 Winnebago Journey

Hi folks. I have a question and problem. I have a 2010 Winnebago Journey 40' Pusher. Started up and ran a while to keep New batteries up. Both House and Chasis. Raised Jack's. Alarm won't shut off. Jack's were up. Now jacks won't go down!! Fluid is full. Hear something in rear when button is pushed to power Jack's. Then nothing happens. Looked under and again checked fluid. FULL. Decided to jump post on solenoid. The connections are rusty. Leveling pump comes on when solenoid is jumped but jacks do nothing. Don't know where to look for fuses or anything else. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks. Crazy Frog
