Instrumet cluster Brazel install p32 chassis

Hello, I have a 2004 Itasca Sunova 27C P32 Workhorse chassis 8.1 Vortec engine. The digits on my instrument cluster display are jumbled. I installed the instrument cluster update from (105297S) from Brazels rv performance.

In this model, the process involves separating the dash skin enough to remove the screws securing the instrument panel. The pictures attached show dashboard screw retaining the skin.

After dash skin screws are removed you can lift and brace the dashboard (take care not to put to much tension on wiring).

Lift the dash skin just enough to access the screws securing the instrument panel, remove screws and instrument panel.

Install instrument cluster per Brazels instructions. Do not install clear instrument lens at this time, test and needle calibration is required.

In the rv, plug unit into the dash connectors, then turn key on (accessory position), press the mode key to select Gauge Test, calibrate all gauge needle per Brazel instructions. When calibration is complete turn key to off, install the instrument panel clear lens cover. I found it easier to remove the instrument cluster from the dash to install the clear lens cover.

Install instrument cluster to dash with retaining screws, close dash and install dash skin screws.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Tim
