Instrument cluster

Hello, I have a 2004 Itasca Sunova 27C P32 Workhorse chassis 8.1 Vortec engine. The digits on my instrument cluster display are jumbled. I would like to retrofit the instrument cluster. Has anyone removed this type of dash board. The pictures attached show some of the screws securing the dashboard. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Hope the pic display.

Thanks,
Tim
