The problem was mainly the right rear but I noticed the others retracting slowly. The Coachnet tech walk me through the means to get them up though to shut off the warning buzzer and lockout but had to use a jack to get it fully up. Went on the trip use the same method. Came home unloaded it and brought it to the dealer for all the work. I do have extended warranty but still waiting to see what is wrong and getting that and several other issues fixed. Tech told me it was time to replace the piston... I asked is that normal on a 3 yo coach. He said not normally. We will find out next week what the fix is...
To Follow-up on my issues the dealer confirmed that the rear leveler piston is gone and has to be replaced waiting for the Warranty approval so it can be completed in the next few weeks.

Good to know. Once the jack arrives it is a quick change from what I have seen from other posts.
Happy trails.
