HWH Storemore slide out

Does anyone have any information or help on repairing a slide out that has dropped about a half inch? The underside of the mechasin shows no damage. Glenn

Just an update on my HWH Storemore slide out. Thanks to those who responded. After talking to a Winnebago technician I found that there is a height adjusting bolt on the HWH Storemore slide out. The slide must be fully extended. Open the storage doors where you can see the attachment of the room to the HWH mechanism. On the bottom side of the ram you should see a inch and 1/8 locking nut. Remove the nut to adjust the height adjusting screw with a 5/16 th Allen wrench.Turn clock wise to raise the room.
