HWH, 2004 Ultimate Advantage Air bags won't dump?

Greetings,

Searched and couldnt find a solution to the problem.
2004 Winnie Ultimate Advantage, Spartan, DP, 70k miles.
Air system inflates properly.

When trying to level with the HWH 625 system, I get excess slope warning (on level ground) because the airbags won't dump and the rear jacks have to extend completely. There isnt anything about manually dumping airbags in the manual. I havent found anything in any of the technical manuals from HWH about troubleshooting this either.

If the "DUMP" button on the control interface is pressed (after pressing the HYD/Level button to activate the system) then there is an audible click sound coming from under the coach, but no air dump. The symptom is the same regardless of key position acc/on/engine running.

Thoughts?

Here is the HWH 625 service manual.
Now the bad news, HWH does not supply the dump valve or the wiring. Those are Winnebago parts, and the HWH wiring is "married" to the Winnebago wiring during construction of the MH.
Before jumping into this, try something simple (KISS principle) block under the frams so you don't get crushed, then manually pull your air tank drains until empty.
Now you can get underneath and remove the incoming air pressure line from the dump valves, and add a few drops of air tool oil into the line and replace the line. This many not help, but can't hurt anything.
That's it for the free fixes, next is to follow the trouble-shooting tree in the service manual, or text AZPete/Paul Maddox, who works for HWH and freely offers his advice and experience.

Great idea, I’ll give the tool oil a shot and see how far that gets me. It’ll be good to get a lay of the air lines and components from underneath as well. Thank you.
