Question How to remove the windshied curtains slides on an ITASCA 2004 Sunova

Thank you for any assistance provided. I have a new to me 2004 Itasca Sunova. I need to replace the curtains and can't figure out how to remove the "TAPE" I am making new curtains and can sew the tape on to the material.

Camping World, I bought tape but it is not what is on my RV. I think I can reuse the tape there although not in the best shape still can repair. But how do I get the tape off? The RV dealer told me I had to remove the rivets and put them back in ??? Don't think this should be that hard?

Is the release at the chair or in the middle of the windshield window? Maybe I was looking in the wrong place?

Help please I am not mechanically inclined.

How to get the curtains back on now?

I used a screw driver and got them off. Thank you so much. The rivet thing was a bit more than I could do.

Putting the curtains together tomorrow and using the same curtain tape - not in the greatest shape but it will work. I could not find the 108" that I needed but did buy a 72" to connect where the broken parts were.

Any suggestions on how to get it back on? Other than force it.

Thank you again for your suggestion.
