How to remove body panel

I was hoping someone could give me some hints on removing the body panel to get to the grey tank on my RV. It is the one over passenger side real wheel well. It has 3 “L” brackets on each side, I don’t know how or if it is attached across the top? I have a 02 35U,

Are your wheel well covers/panels not hinged at the top? Hinges hidden by a longitudinal molding piece? Hard to say, but looks like it on your rigs drawings.

Remove the "L" bracket screws and swing up?

Just finished re-adheasing (if that is a word) all four wheel panels on our rig. Re-worked one of the hinges.

Guess there's a couple of ways to look at our life, Jim, (our includes you all).

Either our trailer shack has an engine,

OR,

our yacht has wheels.
