Hood Latch will not Release

Hello all,

I'm newly registered to this site, but have learned so much from the threads and really appreciate everyone's input and knowledge on the subjects I've looked up.

I need a hand and cannot find any info on the threads. I have a 2004 Itasca Horizon 40 and my front hood latch does not release. Seems like something on the inside has come undone because everything moves except the latch. Can anyone tell me if these are repairable, or if there's an after market supplier where I can buy a new one or repair kit? I've attached a photo for reference.
