Heng’s bathroom fan motor replacement

2011 Itasca Impulse with existing nonfunctional fan motor Heng’s 0.9amp 12vdc motor. Can’t find a motor with exact amp as replacement. Can I use a 1.6 amp 12vdc motor as a safe substitute?

The physical size, mounting requirements and rpm rating are going to be more critical than the amperage. The coach wiring is more than adequate for such a small difference. 0.9 amps @ 12V = 0.9 x 12 = 10.8 watts, 1.6 amps @ 12v = 17.2 watts so the difference is less than most small 12V incandescent light bulbs.
