help with my first dewinterizing

Hi folks, we purchased our first trailer gently used. My question is: when we dewinterize the trailer, I am looking under the panel in the bathroom and I see 3 valves. one is a bypass valve, the other 2 are hot and cold leads. can anyone tell me the exact positions all three valves should be in after dewinterized? I think the hot and cold (top and bottom valves) should line up with the tubing? which way should the other valve position (middle one, i think it is the bypass) be in?.

the bypass is to divert the pink anti-freeze from going into the water heater tank when winterizing.

what I usually do when de-winterizing is hook up to a city water connection and then starting with the faucet the farthest from that connection open the fresh water faucets (hot and cold) until the water runs clear. then do the same on the next closest and so on until all faucets (hot and cold) run clear. once all of the faucets run clear (don't forget any outside faucets) then you can turn the by-pass valve open (parallel to the pipe). if the city water is still connected that will fill the water heater tank. be sure that any valves running to the faucets are open when de-winterizing.
