Gas spring (strut) substitute for 2005 Itasca

Some of the gas springs (struts) on my 2005 Itasca needed to be replaced.

The part numbers are 7181SB or Winnebago part number 142569-13-000.

I cannot find them anywhere online.

Does anyone know a good substitute make/model number for this part?
