Fuel filter 8.1L engine

My 2005 Itasca Suncruiser has the 8.1 L motor and I wish to change fuel filter. Can't find the 3 port filter nor the adapter to change to the Wix in & out filter. Any suggestions on what others have done? Is the third line a return?

Must be for the different Class A, my '03 Adventurer w/Workhorse 22 chassis has a metal inline fuel filter just behind and above the rear axle on the driver's side main chassis rail, inside from the road.

I wasn’t clear…sorry…I found where it is on my chassis. I can’t find a replacement filter to match my configuration. I have been told the original filter is obsolete and there is an updated filter and adapter but I can’t find the adapter either. Just wondering what others have done.
