Question Fridge problems

My Norcold 821 is driving me nuts. After working fine for the winter its temp started fluctuating from 35 to45. I replaced the thermistor and it worked better for a while and then started varying again. The old thermistor and new test 11,000 ohms at 80 degrees.Bad? I’ve put auxiliary intake and exhaust fans in the rear of it and circulation fans inside. When I replaced the new thermistor the temp registered 37 when control set at 7. The next morning the temp was 57 and the display had what looked like a n (?).no code in manual. Turned it off for a minute then on, now I can’t get the temp below 44 when set on 9.Any ideas out there? Thanks
