Fresh water drain valve

The drain valves are not draining the fresh water. 29ve model. Opened all 4 valves and a little water came out but tank is still over 1/2 full.
Thanks for any help

Tank - check that the valve (only 1 valve) is actually open, my valve was installed backwards and I stripped the handle. Find tank vent and make sure it is not blocked.
System - open valves and open facets to vent system. This will not drain the tank.

This is our first class A, our 5th wheel and class C had an in line drain to drain the tank. If this Vista has one I can't find it.
