Freightliner/Cunnins ISL 400 Radiator Fan

I own a 2007 Itasca Ellipse on a Freightliner Custom Evolution chasis with a Cummins ISL 9 rear "pusher" engine.

Each time we travel in Colorado mountains, the engine temp reach/exceeds 220º prematurely (85º ambient, 1650 RPM @ approx 5º incline).

As I believe the rear radiator fan runs constantly at the same speed, I contacted both Freightliner/Cummins and both suggested to remove fuse for the fan clutch so as to force the fan into default "on" condition. I cannot locate that fuse on my coach.

Any help in locating that fuse/breaker is greatly appreciated!
