I've had numerous problems with my basement A/C, diagnost them myself with tech guy from RVP yet they wouldn't sell me the parts. I had Lichtsinn order them for me. I see other posts where RVP hooked them up but I must have gotten the wrong guy.

Just last month I ordered outdoor blower motor and squirrel cage straight from RVP, talked to Keith in service who confirmed the parts I needed, took my AMEX credit card #, shipping address, and I had them 3 days later.

Maybe the key is to ask for Keith in service.

For sure I won't forget that name should I ever need anything from them. The tech guy I spoke to twice was very helpful, even called back, but was so adament about contractual violations he absolutely wouldn't sell me the relay I needed. Lonnie at Lightsinn motors got me what I needed, quickly too.
